Following the HR Award Action Plan, we have launched a new platform of regular meetings between the Institute’s management and laboratory heads. Its goal is to strengthen information sharing and a common understanding of the strategic direction our institute is taking in science and research.

The first meeting took place on 4 February 2026 at the IAPG in Liběchov.

Each laboratory presented a review of the past year – including key outputs, personnel changes and major milestones – and outlined its priorities for the coming year, including planned projects and grant applications. The meeting was designed as a two-way discussion with Institute’s management. In addition to the laboratory presentations, updates were provided by the director, as well as the HR and PR departments, particularly on strategic priorities, PhD recruitment conditions, Open Science, mobility opportunities, personnel support and communication activities.
