We warmly invite you to the conference "Life of Musing and Inspiration: A Tribute to Petr Ráb" held in memory of our dear friend and esteemed colleague Petr Ráb, to honor not only his scientific legacy but also his enduring personal impact. The conference is organized by the Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where Petr worked for many years.

This one-day conference will feature scientific talks exploring research directions shaped by his visionary thinking, boundless curiosity, and intellectual breadth. His legacy extends across numerous scientific fields, inspiring generations of researchers to follow in his footsteps.

The conference will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 9:30 AM at the Masarykův kulturní dům v Mělníku. Please find the detailed program attached.

After the lectures, we warmly invite you to an informal gathering with refreshments, where we can share memories, ideas, and the lasting inspiration Petr has left us.

The conference is free of charge, but we kindly ask you to register as soon as possible, and no later than May 15, via the link below. This will help us estimate the number of participants and plan catering for coffee breaks and the evening reception:
