- maintenance of the LC-MS system for qualitative and quantitative proteomic analysis of biological samples
- QA/QC of proteomic approach using the LC-MS system
- intracellular and extracellular proteins analysis in cells, tissues and body fluids of animal transgenic model of Huntington’s disease and in cancer
- post-translational modifications of proteins in selected groups of onco-hematological diseases using shotgun and SWATH techniques by LC-MS system
