  • study of bipolar spindle assembly in mammalian oocytes using quantitative fluorescence imaging techniques in live cells
  • isolation and cultivation of mouse oocytes, RNA microinjection, fluorescence techniques (confocal microscopy, live-cell imaging, immunocytochemistry), image data analysis
