Phylogenetics, phylogeography, population and conservation genetics, taxonomy and nomenclature of amphibians and reptiles (Amphibia, Reptilia) with using of methods of DNA analysis, bioacoustics and morphometry. Current project: Phylogeny, phylogeography and systematics of tree frogs (Hyla spp.) of the eastern part of the Western Palearctis.
